I'm trying to be the change that I wish to see in the world.

I believe in understanding ones self through martial arts and having a relationship with nature is the key to happiness. During my time in the military and as a civilian, I have lived and worked with local communities from Kunsan, South Korea to Brighton, England.

I have acquired a global perspective which is fueled by my interest in politics, foreign relations and the environment. As our population increases, and we become more connected via the internet, I have realized that we have a lot to learn from each other. 


As we have progressed technologically it seems we have lost our sense of belonging. We have become individuals. Separated by our politics, religions, and struggle to work to survive. Lost in technology but connected like never before, we find ourselves at a tipping point. Our consumer culture is unsustainable. I think I know how to make things better. 

I would describe myself as a hardworking, sustainable-minded change agent dedicated to helping all people equally and committed to reconnecting our busy culture with the environment.
